Sabine Willgosch manages the print magazine subscriptions at Graz-West library and invoices in SAP. She creates timetables for the libraries in Graz-West and Graz-East, administrates the cash desk and is responsible for handling the dunning process in the course of media borrowings, including further communication with users. Holding introductory events for students and teachers in how to use the library catalogue is also one of her tasks.
