Helmut Simi, Sports u. Training scientist and Dipl. Male Nurse. He has been researching and teaching at FH JOANNEUM since 2004 at the BA and MA degree program Health Management in Tourism. He studied sports science at the Karl-Franzens-University Graz.
His research interests are in the field of training therapy / rehabilitation with the research focus on respiratory diseases. Helmut Simi is a specialist trainer for rehabilitation sports, internal organs (special focus: respiratory and lung diseases) and a certified trainer for outpatient cardiac sports groups and holds a pneumological diploma. Since 2015 Hr. Simi accredited training therapist. He worked on numerous commissioned and funded projects and publications.
