Profile
Eva Arhar studied Organic Agricultural Food Systems and Agroecology at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences and has been conducting research as part of the Sustainable Food Systems Research Group since 2021. In her research, she is particularly interested in the topics of sustainable consumption and regional food supply, which she investigates using qualitative research methods.
