Andrea Maier studied educational sciences (Graz, Uppsala) and after years of work in research and teaching at the university decided to found perspektivenFABRIK. There Andrea Maier works as a team trainer, supervisor and mediator, focusing on resource-oriented process support and integrating elements of playful flows.
She works with companies, teams and individuals who want to actively shape their professional environment. In the accompaniment of change processes Andrea Maier emphasizes creativity and lives an attitude of appreciative, constructive cooperation. Currently, she is mainly active in processes of mission statement development, as a video documentalist and as a lecturer at various universities.
