Hartmut is working as a researcher at FH JOANNEUM for the research groud 'Sustainable Food Systems'. In his dissertation he conducted inter- and transdiscplinary research projects on the transformation of food systems toward sustainable food systems. He is interested in transdisciplinary research design that integrate perspectives to solve real-world problems.
