Food Processing Lab

The FH JOANNEUM Food Processing Lab focuses on new pathways in food production. It is part of the new pilot facility established at the Institute of Applied Production Sciences and forms an integral part of practice-oriented teaching on the Bachelor\’s degree programme in Sustainable Food Management and the new part-time co-op Master\’s degree programme in Food: Product and Process Design. The laboratory combines five state-of-the-art labs under one roof.
